Recently l has a nice walk along the coast, from Southend-on-Sea to Leigh-on-sea and came across this tea room. Tge menu was very good and l decide to have a lovely cream tea, which was very tasty. I woukd recommend coming here!
We haven't been to old Leigh for some years and so haven't been to this cafe for ages. We are glad to see it still exists. The outside garden is lovely, it is shaded, sheltered from the wind and full of flowers. We chose 2 cakes to share and coffee. The cakes were lovely quality and the coffee was very nice too. Two cakes and coffee came to a little over £14 before service so it is a little bit expensive.

We visited Leigh and was recommended Sara’s as we had our pup with us It is a cosy oasis Staff lovely and food lovely too. Made to feel very welcome and loved it was somewhere doggy friendly ! Would definitely return
