Had amazing fish and chips for lunch today. The lady was amazing. I had just arrived and wanted something to eat. I thought it was a takeout only place. After placing my order I realised you could sit in there restaurant. I offered to pay more because that’s what I would expect Instead the lady told me that I didn’t need to and gave me a cup of coffee. Food was amazing. Service was outstanding. If you get a chance it’s well worth it.
Well this was a first for me. Normally the fish and chips are great and I was looking forwards to our meal this evening. I had ordered online and arrived before my due time. Food was already waiting for me and I wonder how long it had been waiting for. My haddock was cold and both fish the batter wasn't as crisp as normal. The size of both fish was smaller than normal as well. Everyone can have an off day and I so hope that this was one of those

I had a classic fish and chips with mushy peas. The service was very good and fast, and the food was okay... but quite highly priced for a fish and chips, and definitely not the best I have ever had. The fish was nice, but the chips were not your classic chip shop style and a bit soggy. I would have been satisfied if it hadn't been so expensive
