Reviews for The Pier Hotel
Travelling around the Stour Estuary for the day and we remembered having had a cream tea at the Pier Hotel pre-Covid. We made our way to the hotel (facing the Stour) late afternoon, on a bright sunny day, sat in the enclosed forecourt and ordered cream teas again Yet again the cream teas were excellent and service to match, definitely a top spot to keep revisiting ??
We booked a Spring Deal with inclusive dinner in May. After a few issues on checking in when the receptionist had difficulty in changing us the correct amount, we found that we had been upgraded to the Mayflower Suite. This was comfortable and quiet and had magnificent views. Dinner was huge and delicious and we were very well looked after by a personable waitress. Breakfast was also generous and excellent. The package was good value for money.
