Our apologies for the experience that you feel your family went through. When you arrived early for your table a space was made for your party and a table was made available within a few minutes. We did explain that an existing party of 60 people had over run and that we were a lot busier than usual. Was here Saturday night for the 1st time and they had a live tribute singer who was amazing ! Staff were fab too but would definitely come back for the entertainment especially if the lovely Lisa Martin/ Adele was singing ?
