Far better service and food compaired to Tommy Tuckers in Witham - they should go down to Brentwood and pick up some good tips.

We had our intimate wedding reception here and we were highly amazed and satisfied with no regrets for choosing this restaurant. The service here is exceptional. From booking tables to then end of reception party, everything went smoothly. The atmosphere is warming and the staff is very attentive, friendly, courteous, entertaining and goes above and beyond to make the dining experience memorable. They always make sure everything is OK. The food is absolutely delicious and so generous with its portions as they are large. Hands down to the chef for his excellent cooking! ?? Honestly, this is my first time to experience an outstanding restaurant service here in the UK. We couldn’t recommend the more! ?

We chose Rumours for our joint 50th celebration as it was so local, but also because we could have the place to ourselves. It more than exceeded our expectations - Reece and his staff took great care of us before, during and after the event. There was plenty of room for a band, and 70 guests. The vibe was amazing. We will definitely be hiring this venue again!

We had Sunday lunch for my Dads birthday ? and the staff could not do enough to help. They accommodated everyone in the party’s needs. The food was amazing and there was such a wide choice. Our grandson was looked after and the staff were attentive towards him.

Had a lovely meal here for my son’s 21st Birthday. Staff are attentive and friendly. Food and drinks excellent and we had a really enjoyable family time. Nice for 10 of us all be seated together (some restaurants split you into different tables). We brought balloons for the table and the staff helped us to present a birthday cake and sang happy birthday. It was definitely birthday night with other diners celebrating birthdays too. The bill was very reasonable. We had a great time, with great food. Thanks for accommodating us .

I work in London and stay in the hotel up the road. The Bull is our go to pub to eat every night. By far some of the best pub food anywhere and we eat at alot of places. Emma the chef is superb and Stacey and the front of house team are welcoming and friendly.. would highly recommend eating and drinking here. There is a superb beer garden witj covered, heated areas all with TV for sport. By far our favorite pub to go to.
