The Magic Mushroom

Wonderful starter and delicious mains .
Let down by the old basic desserts . I would have expected a proper pastry chef to deliver more unique desserts .

Layalina Billericay

Excellent food and service (they remembered to bring the allergy list with the pudding menu and topped up tap water). Atmosphere was lovely but some sound dampening measures would help with hearing our own table's conversation.

Tops Pizza

Our go-to takeaway pizza in Billericay. Did try another pizza takeaway but Tops Pizza is our favourite. Our last takeaway from there was end September 2024. Ordered one small meat lover, one small special, potato skins and Chilli cheese bites. All of it cooked nicely and was hot. The only dish we wouldn’t order again was the Chilli cheese bites simply because there was not enough of a chilli kick for us! Staff were also polite.

Red Lion

Fantastic atmosphere in a pub where you will always feel welcomed and looked after. The food was excellent, great value and very tasty. The private function space was also great to experience. Thank you team Red Lion, I look forward to returning very soon.

First visit, but not our last, we'll priced. Very good staff, but some not quite covering face with mask(nose) food was excellent!

Cafe Deli 37

I went to the Deli yesterday and I ordered 1 pie and two mash which was delicious and for my drink I had a tea. The staff are always, friendly, helpful and polite and it is a great place to visit for breakfast, lunch and a drink.

Wildwood

Another great evening with friends at this location. Server was very on the ball when looking after us, including a coeliac and dairy allergy. Their gluten free pizza is the best of any high street chain. Will be back!

Flamingo

Superb coffee shop and cafe… I cannot rate Flamingo highly enough.

My nieces and nephew love visiting Flamingo and the staff always make a huge fuss of them which makes them feel very special.
Particular mention to Jessica who went above and beyond - she is an asset to the team.

The service is fantastic, the coffee & cakes are delicious and the decor is thoughtful and fun.

The Duke of York

Being dog friendly is a huge plus.. if you're after some good steak, then I can't recommend Duke of York more.. Easily the best steak around in Essex.

Atmosphere is so welcoming and staff are lovely.

Came in today and was served by Evie who was very polite and kind despite the shop being busy and her serving on her own. The shop was very clean and they had a great selection. Will definitely be back.

George's Fish Bar

Best fish and chips in Billericay by a mile! Portions are always good and the food is fantastic.

The staff are a real asset to the community, know all of the regulars by name and take an interest their lives and wellbeing.

Kid-friendliness: My daughter always asks to come along for pickup because she loves seeing everyone.

The best ever India restaurant in Billericay there service was the best i have ever been to to in Billericay and there chips were amazing thanks from 4th Billericay scout group

Pizza Hut Delivery

Had an amazing order from pizzahut billericay, it was a suuupppper experience. Great customer service and the food was so good. now there is new management it is so much better.

Indian Ruchi

Lovely little restaurant with lovely people serving. Wouldn't recommend for a large group as we were. As other diners didn't appreciate the loudness that comes with a celebration group of thirty.

Urban Fresh

First time visit today with a party of 8 including 3 children and we will certainly be BACK.

The restaurant looks amazing, absolutely love the decor and look. The place and toilets were spotless and the service from the staff was tip top.

The food was amazing, well priced and great quality. The children had a great time and had fun.

Very engaging staff Shapon,Marbur,Nor and others with a very excellent Thai head chef that worked at the Edinburgh Convention centre and Grosvenor Park hotel over the past 45 years in top catering management.Tucked away upstairs with large original Thai artifacts welcoming you to spacious dining area with recently refurbished lighting and new paint scheme similar to many visits to Thailand enroute to Oz.Excellent bar with traditional beers and some other choices what can I say!

Oliver's Italian

The waiters were amazing!! They went above and beyond to make my daughters 16th birthday so special. The food was amazing. The girls had moctails. They said they were amazing. The waiters were friendly and very funny. They sang for my daughter and and were dancing. They really made her night. I would definitely come back

Players Lounge

Watched the Euros there with a great atmosphere, 3 different bars. Table or bar service. Comfortable chairs, big and small screens. Also has a 6 aside football pitch for hire and a number of golf simulators again with bar facility

First visit to Harry’s Bar. Staff were attentive and friendly, especially Hannah!!
Good food, good atmosphere- what’s not to like!
Will definitely be back.

Gandhi Indian Restaurant

Since the restaurant got new owners I believe that this is now the best Indian restaurant in Billericay. All the food is now delicious and full of flavour. My personal favourite is the Chicken Thakurgaon.

Bay Leaf

Have ordered a few times from here. Very large portions of prawns/chicken/lamb each time and extremely tasty food. I always collect and food has always been ready on time. Would definitely recommend.

ASK Italian

We visited here as a family of three for a Father’s Day lunch. As soon as we entered, the staff were really lovely and saw to us straight away. I have been to many Ask Italians, but this one was definitely up there with one of the nicest. The decor and atmosphere was really nice, and the staff are very hard-working. The food was really good and definitely worth the money, especially the kids menu where the portions are a very big size. The food itself was delicious as usual, and the service was very quick.

Peking Chef

Being coming here since Covid, I often get delivery and food always on time and in perfect condition.
My favourite is the sweet and sour hk style chicken, but the curries are amazing too, not to talk about the sesame prawn toast!!! I’ve never been disappointed and the people there are so nice!

The Indian Spice

This is easily a five star meal! We had the set menu for two and the food was so fresh and hot and tasted really amazing. We both throughly enjoyed the meal so much. We couldn’t eat it all as there was so much. The front of house is extremley clean. The man who took our order was pleasant.

The Forge

Went to the forge pub billericay 8/3/24, 2 Elvis Presley tributes playing, a fantastic night really fantastic bar staff and manager very friendly and welcoming, will definitely be going again, enjoyed myself with customers that never knew me made me very welcome and I felt part of the local community. I live an hour away and was sad to leave at the end of the night ?

The Blue Boar - JD Wetherspoon

Been here quite a few times for a meal and drinks I've no complaints. It's a nice place to sit and eat and talk and using the app is really handy. The service is always good in my opinion.
