Just had a fabulous stay at Black Rock House! What a find, beautiful stylish house, comfortable bed spotlessly clean and luxury linens! Breakfast was amazing, quality produce plenty of choice in a relaxed atmosphere. Most of all our host Vincent, warm and friendly even gave us a lift in his car!!! We feel like we have made a friend. Would highly recommend and will certainly return. A real asset to Hastings!
This is a very special hotel. The building is stunning, the attention to detail with the interior decoration is superb. The room and bathroom was lovely, we slept so well. Breakfast is a treat and we were waited on by Vincent, a lovely host who cares about your stay being the best it can be. The hotel us located in a quiet area between St Leonards and Old Town Hastings, giving you great access to the whole area. You will want to stay longer.
Just came home from 4 days at Black Rock House. The owner(Vincent) is a world class host, a true English/Belgian gentleman with a great humor that want his guests to have the best treat. A rare and fantastic surprise. Don't miss this place if going to Sussex, it's a must like Sissinghurst and Parham.
