We stayed here for a wedding nearby - the couple that own the b&b were so lovely and accommodating, made the stay feel relaxed and welcoming. Gorgeous setting and delicious breakfast! We highly recommend :)

As a small country Hotel its well appointed with a very friendly atmosphere. After repeated attempts to find suitable accommodation when visiting our grandchildren we found this wonderful peaceful place and regularly visit (eight years worth)puzzled about slab of concrete for the garden, was this the carpark? as the tubs, troughs, wheelbarrow etc are always a delight to see and very cheerful. Such a beautiful hotel, Owners Philip and Nicky are so lovely made my wife and I very welcome, the breakfast is first class plenty to choose from, cereals, fresh fruit salad and a brilliant cooked breakfast, bedrooms are very clean and tidy, plenty of onsite parking, great location if you need a day out in Brighton, Hastings, and Eastbourne. Can't thank Philip and Nicky enough for making our holiday that extra special, would 100% highlyrecommend this hotel
