Caffè Nero is a consistently outstanding establishment. Staff, led by Joe, work together seamlessly to provide excellent service. New staff members have been a pleasant addition, and some stand out for their exceptional customer service. The atmosphere is lovely, and despite occasional staffing shortages, the remaining staff remain friendly and cheerful. Drinks are always great, and the venue is a popular spot for regulars and newcomers alike. With a few tweaks, such as implementing an awning, this coffee shop would be almost perfect.
