YO! Brighton offers a delightful sushi making lesson with an engaging and fun chef, Matty. The atmosphere is lovely, and the customer service is excellent, provided by Lilly and Abbie. The bowls are generously filled with delicious food, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The restaurant features a unique conveyor belt system. Although it may be slightly pricey, the quality and experience make it worthwhile, with two bowls and a drink costing around £45.
