SHAANXI 一面如旧 is a well-renovated restaurant with a spacious interior and an open kitchen where customers can watch the staff making noodles from scratch. The restaurant offers authentic Chinese cuisine with excellent flavours and generous portion sizes. Recommended dishes include the braised beef noodle and the hand-pulled noodles. While the vegetable dumplings and hot and dry noodles are also highly praised, the ravioli (wontons) were a bit disappointing as they contained more vegetables than expected. Overall, the restaurant is highly recommended for its delicious food and friendly service.
