Clean and pleasantly decorated restaurant. They even deliver take-away to Bridlington during the winter! We will definitely be visiting again!

Dacre Lakeside Park, New Road, Brandesburton, DriffieldWe came here with a group of friends to celebrate my Husbands Birthday. The place itself is lovely and has a wonderful setting right on the lake. Would be lovely in the summer with the sun shining. We arrived at our booked time and were shown to our seats. Unfortunately even though it wasn't very busy the service was extremely slow. It took about 20 minutes before someone came to take our drink order and then it was quite a wait before we actually got our drinks. It then took about another 15 minutes before someone came and took our food order. By the time our food actually arrived it was over an hour from the time we had sat down. When the food did actually arrive it was all very lovely and hot and we were all very pleased with our choices, the staff were all very polite and apologite about the delay. It hasn't put us off as everyone has an off day so we will be back.

Cross Hill, DriffieldThe best place to eat in Driffield! The food is really delicious. The ribs are amazing and plentiful. Natchos fabulous too. In fact, everything we've tried has been delicious. The cocktails are the best in Driffield. Properly made and mixed cocktails not ready made ones! The guy who makes them is an excellent mixologist. The staff are excellent too, friendly and attentive and happy. Prices are very fair. Also I have to say, it's so clean too, absolutely sparkling and spotless. It's our go to place to eat now.

The lamb kofte was a tad tasteless but it was blown to pieces with the Chicken Shrawma which was impeccable!I ordered a chocolate gateau which sadly was part frozen but definitely a 4/5!

36A Exchange St, DriffieldCannot fault the kebabs from here or the pizza and garlic bread. Collection is almost always quicker than delivery especially on a weekend! And even o a Friday, under 30 minutes. Freshly cooked to order, both hot and tasty! And soon eaten with enough kebab left over for lunch the next day!

25 Mill St, DriffieldAfter quite a few poor meals at our usual go to takeaway we finally decided that enough was enough, although la Paz had quite a few bad reviews we thought it couldn’t be any worse than our previous place of choice and placed an order via just eat a delivery time was given as 8.40 to 9pm it’s now 8.30 and all I can say was the food was piping hot , tasted great and arrived a lot earlier than expected which was an added bonus as we were rather hungry. Will definitely be placing another order next time we want a takeaway

Hunmanby Rd, Hunmanby, DriffieldPopped in to buy a couple of mixed cases of Wold Top beer before our holiday in Yorkshire ended only to discover it has no shop! But, Michelle and Alex were so friendly and helpful that our quest was fulfilled. Thank you so much for being so customer friendly. Looking forward now to sampling all the beers! Cheers ?

Church St, Kilham, DriffieldWe stayed in the Highfield nearby , but fancied some real food , not the posh stuff in the hotel. We found The Old Star and it was also recommended by the lady in the hotel.It was really easy to find, and o street parking outside was easy too.We were greeted and seated straight away, though we did reserve a spot.The staff were all brilliant and very attentive. We got our drinks in no time and we picked our food from the menu.There was a few Vegetarian and vegan choices from the menu, which being Dairy intolerant sometimes helps.The food was fantastic, all well cooked , hot and enough to fill us both.The only downside is it is a pub, and it was quite noisy, there was also someone wanting to fight people in another room.All in all, we had a good night with great food. The price was very reasonable too.Parking: On street parking, but we practically parked outside.

5 River Head, DriffieldA very warm welcome awaits you here, and five stars is simply not enough to rate our experience, it should be 10!This is a very friendly local pub, it has a fantastic range of drinks but the main event is the food, absolutely delicious.The staff are so committed to giving you first class service, Lauren looked after us very well as usual although all the staff are friendly and helpful.We will definitely return, and would recommend anyone looking for relaxed dining in a warm and friendly environment to give The Mishka a try. The Star Inn
21 Exchange St, DriffieldOur first time visit to this beautiful pub! We received a very warm welcome from Jo, one of the managers, and the temperature of the building was perfect on a really cold day. The décor is perfect. We chose steak pies and lamb and mint pie with chips or mash and roasted vegetables. Everything was delicious and served with a smile and good humour by the chef/manager. We will definitely be back!

Pumphouse Brewing Company
Unit 10 D, Twydale Business Park Skerne Rd, DriffieldPumphouse has a great vibe for some really tasty beers that they have brewed. There is a food van there and it is only open on Friday and Saturday nights. I have also used them to provide barrels of beer and the pump for home parties. Very attentive service from Zsolt and cheaper for the barrel than the equivalent cans while so much more enjoyable!
