Dacre Lakeside Park, New Road, Brandesburton, DriffieldWow! This place is incredible! The view once sat on the deck outside is glorious. The food is almost as good as I have had on the Amalfi Coast. Service was a little slow but the servers were all very polite. Will be back!

The Vindaloo was fantastic but the Garlic Chilli Tandoori was the star of show and genuinely one of the best curries us 2 enthusiasts have had in years!

25 Mill St, DriffieldAfter quite a few poor meals at our usual go to takeaway we finally decided that enough was enough, although la Paz had quite a few bad reviews we thought it couldn’t be any worse than our previous place of choice and placed an order via just eat a delivery time was given as 8.40 to 9pm it’s now 8.30 and all I can say was the food was piping hot , tasted great and arrived a lot earlier than expected which was an added bonus as we were rather hungry. Will definitely be placing another order next time we want a takeaway

36A Exchange St, DriffieldCannot fault the kebabs from here or the pizza and garlic bread. Collection is almost always quicker than delivery especially on a weekend! And even o a Friday, under 30 minutes. Freshly cooked to order, both hot and tasty! And soon eaten with enough kebab left over for lunch the next day!

Five bites Driffield
42 Market Pl, DriffieldFood was delivered promptly, well priced and delicious, we were super impressed with the quality of the pizza! Ordered to the furthest possible location Five Bites would deliver (£5 charge) and I think there was a bit of confusion as they thought we were in Cranswick but we are actually 10 minutes past Cranswick down a back road. The chef himself delivered our pizza and realized we were a bit further afield than anticipated when he called me on the way, but he still made it to us super quickly and was friendly despite being a little flustered as it was peak time on Friday. We would absolutely order from here again! Though whether they would agree to deliver here again is a different matter, ha. In any case, thanks to Five Bites for the great service.

17 Mill St, DriffieldOrdered on Just Eat for collection and timing was spot on.The food was served hot, and had plenty of taste too. The lamb kofte was a tad tasteless but it was blown to pieces with the Chicken Shrawma which was impeccable!I ordered a chocolate gateau which sadly was part frozen but definitely a 4/5!

45 Market Pl, DriffieldWe called in to buy lunch. Two polite, friendly and kind young men where on duty. They could not have been more helpful, turning the music down so as not to overwhelm my son with autism. He takes extra time to process and conduct his order and purchase. The dark haired man supervising and serving was incredible, he was friendly and patient whilst my son took time to choose and pay. His assistant went to find an up to date paper menu to take away with us. They both chatted kindly speaking clearly to include my son. First class customer care and the pizza was excellent too. Thank you.

River Head, DriffieldI met my folks here for lunch over the weekend as they’ve been singing about the place for years. I had a small breakfast, which was great. My mum had a fantastic steak pie (which was the best dish). The location is very picturesque at the end of the canal and there’s decent parking.

We read the reviews beforehand, so we went a little out of our way to try it. So glad that we did as it was well worth the visit. It was a Sunday, late afternoon and we were given a Sunday lunch menu. Nether of us fancied a "dinner" so we opted for the steak and ale tray bake with chips. What a fabulous choice! The pie was one of the best I've had, both the pastry and the meat melted in your mouth. The chips were real, homemade chips!!!! How often do you get that these days? They are nearly always frozen rubbish. I opted out of the veg, but my husband got a separate dish of mixed veg and there was a good selection of about 4/5 different veggies.
Would I recommend this place, absolutely! 100%
If we ever find ourselves in the area in the future, we will definitely be revisiting.

57 Market Pl, DriffieldLoved it's quirkyness, I love Theakstons ales anyway and they had all the lilley's ciders available and some Gins catering for the 'Fruit based drinks for the ladies' as Al Murray (Pub Lanlord) would say. Pork scratchings were lovely and warm.

There is an excellent choice of beers lager and cider, including two cask conditioned hand pulled real ales when I called in. There is a very large choice of gin. It's a nice cosy pub with a real fire in the bar. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. There's a nice beer garden and a covered outside seating area at the back.Parking: There's plenty of free on street parking.Wheelchair accessibility: A flat entrance it is easy access for wheelchairs. The pub is all on one level
