The food was hot and fresh and was of a good portion size. The chips were chunky and well cooked. The batter was crispy and flavoursome. There was a standard chip shop range of basic items. Well worth a visit.

Chips were great, but the large cod (it was large "thick") was not fully cooked as it was very chewy and only just tepid in the middle, probably due to the thickness. Shame as the normal cod was very nice, and they had the massive plus of been cooked in beef dripping.
