Overall left very happy and satisfied, nothing could have been better.
Definitely 10⭐️ and will definitely return and will definitely recommend to family and friends .

176 Ringwood Rd, St Leonards, RingwoodWe regularly use this BP after visiting family in Dorset. It doesn’t matter what time of the day or evening it is, the staff are always polite, the toilets immaculately clean and the shelves well stocked. The same cannot be said of other chains in the area.

Starbucks Coffee
Ringwood Rd, St Leonards, RingwoodA couple of nights ago the coffee machines were unexpectedly out of service at 1945 hours. Great customer service from Milo who was open and honest about what was happening, and offered me vouchers for drinks as compensation. Tonight Milo remembered me advising that all coffee machines were available. I felt valued as a customer, and wanted to share my great customer experience.

185 Ringwood Rd, St Leonards, RingwoodRooms: Was very happy with my double en-suite room. The room was clean and comfortable. Two shortbread biscuits every morning was a nice touch.
Safety: I felt very safe. We will return.
Walkability: Was easy to get around, no obstructions.
Food and drinks: Breakfast was lovely, helped ourselves to the buffet,with plenty of choice. Ordered hot food with the waitress. A selection of teas, coffee, and fruit juices.
