Fore St, Budleigh SaltertonWhat a lovely place for tea. A real community. The Minister and members of the community, welcoming strangers. Very friendly. Lovely fresh and tasty cherry and almond scones, also took home some delicious lemon cake.
Small lunch menu and plentiful drinks.
Worth a visit if you've walked, cycled, or just enjoyed the beach.

Very comprehensive selection of beers, ciders, spirits and soft drinks.

Had a Good look at there menu and choose to have a Large Cappacino with a piece of Cake, i think it was Coffee and Walnut. When it came to my table served by a Friendly i felt very Happy and Welcomed. I really Enjoyed my visit to this Fabuluos Local Cafè L'image situated in the seaside Town of Budleigh Salterton. I Recommend you come and Try out this Gorgeous Cafè. Jonathan/ Peterborough. ?❤️??????

The Salterton Arms
22 Chapel St, Budleigh SaltertonThis is the first time I have frequented the Salterton Arms. It’s a cracking little pub. Good atmosphere with friendly and welcoming staff. We did treat ourselves to a pizza which was actually very nice. The Salterton Arms advertise very well. I would definitely revisit because I want to try their Sunday lunches but it’s advised to book for that as Sundays are busy in here.

As mentioned in previous reviews the staff are excellent, the food is excellent and the atmosphere is good. We always pay a visit when in Budleigh, do not hesitate and book a table, you won’t be disappointed.

7 High St, Budleigh SaltertonThe food was lovely albeit with a bit of a gripe that one of our group ordered a pizza that had pepperoni on it instead of salami Napoli and they insisted it wasn’t pepperoni saying that their pepperoni looks different to what was on our pizza (even though they don’t have pepperoni on their pizza menu). Otherwise everyone’s dishes were lovely from starters to desserts.
The service needed polishing - looked like they’d made a few new hires who were in training so there were a few small issues like needing to remind them about drinks ordered and needing to help them with some of the maths on the bill. They were very friendly though.

35 High St, Budleigh SaltertonHad a three week break in a lovely village called otterton and we visited this lovely pub a number of times all the staff were very friendly and welcoming we had some good drinks and fantastic gluten free food and even had ice cream for my labrador Charlie we've already booked up for three weeks next year and can't wait to visit this pub again and say hello ??

Otterton Mill
Fore St, Otterton, Budleigh SaltertonWe came for lunch yesterday. The food was very good and there was a lot of choice on the menu. The Mill itself was very interesting (we live in a Mill so it was interesting to note the similarities and differences to ours). Excellent gift and produce shops. The walk by the salt marshes to Budleigh Salterton makes this place worth visiting. We will be back!

Budleigh Fish & Chips
7 Chapel St, Budleigh SaltertonAlways good. Fish and chips is a real minefield in Devon (when it really shouldn't be) but Budleigh Fish & Chips is always great. Crispy batter and perfectly cooked chips. You can never smell old overused oil and they're friendly.
