53 Market St, South Normanton, AlfretonThey said their meat was halal so we ended up going. Food was really good only critique is it didn't come sizzling hot. Cutlery,plates and glasses were really clean and our waitress, I think her name was Jessica, with brown blonde hair and a nose piercing, was really good. She showed great customer service. In terms of atmosphere sometimes music would play that was inappropriate and awkward to listen to if your with family. Also the fact that this is halal could have been made obvious or advertised abit more. Overall I would definitely come back again to Istanbul. Thank You

The Schoolhouse Restaurant Bar And Garden
43 Church St, South Normanton, AlfretonThank you for a fantastic meal. The camembert starter was really nice, 2 for £34 on steaks with 2 beers, such a good deal, the quality of food was really good. And to end a delicious winter berry cheese cake. Lovely atmosphere, loved the fire and very nice staff.

Carter Ln E, South Normanton, AlfretonFood was OK, except the chips which neither me nor my friend ate. Didn't like the cheesecake either it tasted powdery and we didn't finish it. Service was quick and the staff were very pleasant.

Rooms are warm and clean, but the whole place is looking tired and needs a refurb.

I didn't eat but the food looked lovely. The prices are very reasonable.The staff are very friendly and welcoming.I will definitely return here.

Junction 28/29, M1, NorthboundBit disappointed that I popped in for the 3 for £3 offer on McDonald's website but ordering from the touchscreen didn't have this offer.
So, I ordered the double big mac instead, the service is always fast and with a smile at this branch, I've never had any issues.
