However, some guests have experienced issues with the waiting staff, who were not very interactive or efficient. There have been complaints about being overcharged for meals and drinks, including a pricey can of Vimto. On a positive note, one visit highlighted a friendly and attentive waitress named Jess, who provided great service and made the experience enjoyable.
