The Inn was clean & tidy. A good choice on the menu, food was hot, nicely presented & very tasty. The staff were very friendly, efficient & not over attentive. A good choice of very drinkable ales. Overall good value for money & a pleasant evening.
Family evening meal. Steak and Ale Pie = delicious. Kids were very happy with their meals. Wild Mushroom & Rocket pizza = very tasty.Table service was very good. Beautiful old Inn. Highly recommend.

Beautiful location among the lakes region with a great view. Our server was very friendly and the service was very good. We ordered a salad and pizza along with apple pie, all were very good.
