Croadalla Ave, EgremontOpening night, only drinks served but the spot looks great and the cocktails are great. Well done lads. Can't wait to make this our regular! living in bigrigg it is nice that something like this is now here. Just hope we can get a table in future!!!!

33 Main St, EgremontFraser's is a great fish and chip shop. Fish and wide range of other takeaway greats are freshly prepared to order. Chips are excellent and mushy peas are to die for. If you want fish and chips near Egremont...come here. You won't regret it.

Parkhouse Service Station, Bigrigg, EgremontIf you’re looking to do your shopping and get your fuel at the same time then this is the petrol station for you!..Firstly you have nicely spaced fuel pumps which some other fuel stations in the area seem to not grasp the idea of.. I’ve also never been to Bigrigg fuel station and found a pump out of use which is good.Inside you’ll find everything from frozen chips all the way to freshly made bread and pastries. This is definitely one of the largest fuel station shops that I’ve been in and there’s enough aisles here to almost do a full week’s food shop!There’s also a hot cabinet which has things like Cumberland sausage sandwiches, burgers, southern fried chicken etc. however it’s very much luck of the draw because I’ve been at times where there was very little to choose from and other times it was full to the brim with fresh hot food.There is also a Costa coffee machine, slush machine and lovely looking Dunkin’ donuts if you fancy a treat!The staff are nice and friendly, you’ll get one or two that barely speak but you get that everywhere - I’ve never had a “negative” experience with any of the staff here.There’s also plenty of parking spaces outside for if you just need to buy some bits and pieces without getting fuel.

Morass Rd, BeckermetTwo meals here, first one was all good, second one was spoilt by chef shouting at the boy serving us for giving out wrong menu, non excusable behaviour by chef, all restraunt heard.
Would think twice about returning.
Food on first occasion was good, second occasion burgers were burnt, and garlick.mushrooms were presented poorly

Istanbul Pizza & Kebab House
17-18 Main St, EgremontIstanbul Pizza & Kebab House in Egremont is one of the best takeaway restaurants in West Cumbria. I have been getting food from here for the last five or so years and their pizzas and grilled chicken kebabs are up there with the best. Orders come with a fresh salad and a choice of sauces too. Would highly recommend!

Bigrigg, EgremontWhilst this pub doesn't stand out from the outside, it's food and service certainly does. There is plenty of choice on the menu and the food as absolutely delicious. The staff were absolutely delightful and were brilliant with out children (aged 11 & 15). Would absolutely recommend.

The sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style, beef chow mein, curry chicken, and vegetable spring rolls were all delicious, perfectly cooked, and bursting with flavour. The quality ingredients and generous portions offered great value. The lady's excellent customer service made the experience even better. Wonder Kitchen stands out for its delicious food and warm service, making it a top choice for Chinese takeaway.

Top quality! Also the loaded chips were sooo good!This is definitely one of the best, if not, THE best takeaway in Egremont!

27 Main St, EgremontWow … what an experience. What a divine intervention this establishment gave me. After concerned by the multitude of 1 star reviews I highly feared my bowls and general health would deteriorate after trying such a delicacy. However, I couldn’t have been more wrong. I sampled the Doner calzone and it was a taste sensation. I sat in the back of my best mates car in utter disbelief at the bountiful supply of cheese, garlic dip, chilli sauce, Doner meat, chips and calzone foundation. I’ve never enjoyed a meal more. If Chattanooga existed at the time of Jesus Christ, this is what his last meal would have consisted of… not just plain bread and water. Cost should not be questioned in regards to this meal, the mere £8.90 seemed like only a slither of what the true worth of this delicacy was. I would have paid millions for luscious delight.
Thank u Egremont for housing the gates of heaven and thank u to this establishment for opening my eyes… finally TO REAL FOOD.
