The Ship is a lovely and wonderful little pub in the heart of Roose. From the service and atmosphere to the food itself — this was an outstanding visit. Their halloumi fries and chicken burger were incredibly notable. The food was exceptional, including the strawberry cheesecake and the hunters chicken and gammon. The service was fantastic and friendly, and the prices were reasonable. While the atmosphere was a bit lacking on one visit, the overall experience was highly enjoyable, and the reviewers plan to return soon.
