Lucky to bag the last table last night in the bar. Fire blazing, good burgers and beer and a tricky pub quiz. Most of the other people were locals but we were made welcome. Great to come back to an old haunt and find it as good as ever.
An absolute gem of a pub, tucked away in a corner of Cornwall. Lovely staff, a lovely old pub with a great atmosphere and superb food. We had one of their sandwiches which was lovely. Recommended

We popped into the pub for some lunch after a coastal path walk, and wow, what a treat it was. It was a cold, windy walk and to come into such a warm and friendly atmosphere was lovely. The food was amazing and all in a lovely setting. The fire was roaring, and it was lovely and cosy. We cant wait for a trip back down west to visit the pub again.
