The Croust Hut
King Edward Mine Museum, Troon, CamborneMy first time trying the Croust Hut today and I'm extremely impressed. Excellent value for money and this isn't compromising on the fresh, high quality ingredients and substantial portions. They should be charging a lot more. The burger was the best burger I've had in a long time. Flavourful and moist but not greasy. I feel like I've had a healthy meal. You absolutely must go down and try them and completely boycott McDonald's.

The Shire Inn
Old Shire Inn, The, Pendarves Rd, CamborneExcellent- particularly if you are gluten free. I felt very safe that the food would be fine for me to eat - our waitress didn’t know the answer to a question I had (about the chips) and simply went and found out- no dramas. I was really impressed. The food was also really, really tasty- I very much enjoyed my gf pulled pork burger!

Still got festive black forest hot chocolate with the bean still added to my account. Few and far between baristas carry the fire of costumer service and these make that mark.

USA Chicken
Yates Commercial, 37 Commercial St, CamborneBeen quite hit and miss lately, a recent order we had was by far the worst food we’ve had from USA chicken including the previous owners whereas we decided to give them one more try a few days ago and it was amazing. Can’t fault delivery always arrived quicker than advertised and the portion sizes are good!

38 Commercial St, CamborneKebab was really nice, chicken an lamb sheesh was nicely marinated an had that lovely griddle taste...lamb donner was nice an salty, not overcooked at all, was a little thinly shaved but lovely an plenty of it, even the chicken donner meat was nice. Definitely needs a thick naan bread tho as the tortilla wrap it comes with isn't up to the job lol. Over all a very nice kebab an will definitely be my go to kebab house. Highly recommended ?

Treswithian Rd, CamborneI have stayed at the Premier Inn Camborne many times with my 3 children and we often have lunch at the Trevithick Inn, occasionally even a take away to eat in the room. On all the occasions I have found the staff very nice and friendly with the atmosphere relaxing. I am always greeted with a smile and often have a quick chat with the manager William, who is very welcoming. The kids meals are good value for money and the quality is much like most pubs, reasonable for what you pay.
Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome in this pub and they have a good kids menu which has multiple options for main dishes and 3 choices for starters.

Delight 2 Bite
30 Cross St, CambornePopped in for coffee and cake the other day with my wife. What a lovely, clean and friendly cafe in Camborne. The coffee was amazing, cake delicious and the service first class. Highly recommend for anyone passing by Camborne. We will be back in soon as the food looks amazing too!

Chips were very good, curry sauce was exactly what you'd expect.
They didn't have haddock so had to go with the cod. Batter was very wet on the bottom, but nice crisp on top.
Would be very happy to go there again.

The Square, Praze-an-Beeble, CamborneWell what a jewel for the beautiful village of Praze the staff and owner could have done no more for me, as I had my works vehicle which is a 14.5 mtr coach and as soon as they saw me pull up they were out like a shot to help me park. Then I went inside and had a pleasant surprise they shown me to my room very nice just one thing I will say you don’t need the shampoos or bath gel they always end up in the wash bags. But quite exceptional I was even offered a carvery because I was away early in the morning so no breakfast, I’ll certainly be back and stay room 2 really comfortable thank you. You’re a little jewel. We’ve recently bought a house a few doors down and even though we haven’t completed on the sale yet we were keen to support (what will be) our local pub! It’s such a great place with a pool table and dart board and just about everything that a pub needs! No food though but I did overhear the landlady speaking with the table next to us about her hopes of opening the kitchen again!We will certainly be regulars in the new year when we move in a few doors down! Heads up though, if you’re a Pepsi connoisseur then don’t try it here!

2 Cross St, CamborneGreat food and really fairly priced. The staff are very friendly either eating in or delivery. Always fresh on the delivery too! Only order from here now if I want a curry. Everything I've tried off them has been 10/10. I've eaten at most Indian cuisine places around Camborne and Redruth and genuinely these are top tier!! Ordering later today and I'm already excited for it.
