We stayed on the campsite for 3 nights over the British Superbikes weekend. The stay was great. The staff are wonderful and the food is amazing. Good old pub food homemade the pies are amazing. Love the icecream burger.

The food was amazing: freshly cooked, with a smile! VERY reasonably priced and portion sizes were insane! The staff were so friendly, making sure they spoke to all of us. When in Great Yarmouth...definitely eat here!!Kid-friendliness: Nice, cheap kids menu with big portions.The staff took the time to talk the kids and really make everyone feel welcome.

I am this pubs favourite customer , Nicola is the landlady and every time I come in she has such lovely things to say to me , oftentimes when she isn’t here other patrons of this fine establishment often say to me things such as “ oh Nicola was asking about you “ , “Nicola was talking about you yesterday” it’s nice to attend my local pub and receive the VIP treatment that I deserve . Oftentimes just pulling into the car park my £3.80 pint of carling is already waiting for me at the bar when I enter . It’s the type of service I expect and appreciate . It’s also appreciated that all the bar ladies faces light up when I enter , especially then bar manager Toni , she has told me on a number of occasions that her shift is so much better when I come in , her boyfriend is my best friend so I’m not sure if she says that because she’s my second best friend by proxy or if she genuinely means it , I think she does mean it though because I am a top guy that much is quite obvious . But enough talking about myself , this is a really good pub , everybody’s dead friendly , huge beer garden for the kids with swings and slides , always have lots of events on and stuff and the regulars , myself mainly are absolutely sound . A tough one this.
Order at the table to save my self timed but then ended up in a queue for 30 minutes to get my meatless Sunday carvery. I found this really hard work not only cos I am elderly but also because I have a knee injury.
By the time I got back to my table my two grandsons had eaten without me my coffee was cold ?and my food was also cold.

First visit tonight. Place was spacious and clean. The waiters were all welcoming and friendly. Menu was comprehensive, each meal was detailed so you knew exactly what was in each dish. Food was hot and tasty. Good portion size. Couldn't find a fault with anything . Plenty of awards for the restaurant

Parking: There were two take outs and the Bombay lounge which shared a car park. But if that's full there was plenty off street parking

Kid-friendliness: There was no children when we went, but I'm sure the waiters would make them welcome
