The Brewery Tap is a wonderful old building that now houses a brewery and bar, tastefully done. It offers a great selection of beers on tap, as well as an interesting selection of bar snacks and a small cosy restaurant. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed, popular with locals for both takeout and dine-in. The staff is friendly and courteous, providing good recommendations. The food, such as the Sunday Beef Roast, is praised for its tenderness, juiciness, and flavourful sides like crispy roast potatoes, soft and sweet carrots and Swede mash, and savoury Yorkshire pudding. The beer selection, including the refreshing and fruit-forward Lost in Time Hazy IPA, complements the food well.
