Freshly cooked cod and chips by really friendly staff. With a five star scores on the doors rating and se sensible prices it was a great find when I needed a meal in March. The bonus was the small room beyond the counter where you can eat in. Thanks for great food and service.

30 years going from Bury St Edmunds to Ely, Peterborough etc and never called in at March..
A lovely little town with history and nice pubs.. Certainly know what they're doing.. Titanic Plum Porter, I'm often in Staffordshire and their premium ale.
Girlfriend lives near Norwich so Wolf beers always on tap. The Wellington is a Wolf pub. Visited their brewery recently. Sly Wolf probably my favourite of all..
Then Timothy Taylor Landlord.. Champion Beer of Britain and multi award winning ale...
I'll be visiting again soon..

Leonardo's Pizza is always fantastic! The staff are incredibly friendly, and the gluten-free options are top-notch. Even on the rare occasion they make a mistake, they’re quick to own up and prepare a fresh pizza without any fuss. Hands down, the best pizza spot in Fenland!

Dietary restrictions: GF options are awesome.

The Seven Stars

75 The Avenue, March

We were staying locally and having been sorely disappointed by the local pubs, we tried the Seven Stars. Wonderful! The menu is limited and basic but the food is well cooked and excellent. The apple and rhubarb crumble was the best we've ever tasted. Extremely reasonably priced and we thoroughly enjoyed 2 visits. Would definitely return if in the area.

Five All's

33 High St, Benwick, March

Very pleasant village pub, good atmosphere and real ales. Open fireplace is lovely and a good juke box, also a bonus with the TV turned 'OFF' unless a big sporting event is on. TV kills the art of conversation and socialising. Opening hours are a tad limited but it's a sign of the times post Covid. Worth a visit.
