Codlicious
County Rd, MarchAlways great and fresh 5 star.
Firstly I would like to say the fact that I am leaving a review speak volumes. I am so impressed with the quality of food I always received from Codlicious. Staff are always friendly and welcoming and food is perfect. Everything is always made to order from what I can see and you can tell in the taste.
Also as far as I’m aware they are the only ones that are on Uber eats which is an easy to use app so you can either collect it in 10-20mins or have it delivered.
Can’t recommend Codlicious enough, give them a try. ??

Tesco Cafe
Hostmoor Ave, MarchNot been in here for years, since I worked here actually, service was very very slow and it definitely wasn’t with a smile… I ordered the new drinks special, it was ok, shame there was no chocolate in as the photo shows, but I’d say that all was forgiven as our drinks were kindly brought to us.

The Spice Bank
56 High St, MarchHad a takeaway king prawn shazlick yesterday evening. It was fantastic. Really tasty and nice and spicy. Not too hot. Have eaten king prawn shazlick at other Indian restaurants, but none tasted as good as this. Please let me know which chef was on, so when I return for the same King prawn shazlick, I can make sure I order from the same chef. Many thanks. Delicious

Moonlight Grill
Cambridgeshire, 63 Wisbech Rd, MarchWe often order from Moonlight Grill on a Tuesday, and usually have the "Make Your Own" pizzas. We've never been disappointed by the food quality - the pizzas are tasty, not too greasy, and well presented. The delivery is usually prompt, and when it hasn't been as fast we've been told on the phone when we called up and ordered. The drivers are friendly too. We'd recommend the place for a good takeaway in March.

March Desserts
47 A, St Peter's Rd, MarchAll the food was really good except from one waffle which was not to standard. I got straight on the phone with them and they straight away sent another waffle out in the next 5 minutes. This one still wasn't great which they apologised about after me calling them again and offered me a refund. The refund did take a while getting to my house but it did arrive which is why I'm giving this place a good review. They sorted my problem out and was nice about it so highly recommended ??

Customer service was brilliant, we were served and greeted by Addy who was very helpful and friendly with our children. Addy also provided some free items for the kids and a discount as we explained we have travelled from a few hours away. I cannot fault the place one bit, 5 out of 5 stars. Thank you and will definitely be returning.

The Seven Stars
75 The Avenue, MarchWe were staying locally and having been sorely disappointed by the local pubs, we tried the Seven Stars. Wonderful! The menu is limited and basic but the food is well cooked and excellent. The apple and rhubarb crumble was the best we've ever tasted. Extremely reasonably priced and we thoroughly enjoyed 2 visits. Would definitely return if in the area.

Five All's
33 High St, Benwick, MarchVery pleasant village pub, good atmosphere and real ales. Open fireplace is lovely and a good juke box, also a bonus with the TV turned 'OFF' unless a big sporting event is on. TV kills the art of conversation and socialising. Opening hours are a tad limited but it's a sign of the times post Covid. Worth a visit.

Three Lions Sports Bar & Restaurant
104 High St, MarchService and food were both good despite the restaurant being very busy. Wine by the carafe (£6 for half a litre) works out better than by the bottle (£15) as we discovered. Chose meals from the menu the first time and had a couple of the daily specials yesterday (10th August) ... Bonus for me was that they accepted AMEX for payment !

Panini's Coffee Shop
Town Hall, The, Market Pl, MarchPanini's is pleasantly located on the fairly recently upgraded town marketplace.Good choice of food and drink at sensible prices with the option of eating alfresco overlooking the market on wednesdays and saturdays.Quite often populated with locals ( mainly retired) which gives the place a buzz and a convivial atmosphere to eat your breakfast ,sandwich.panini whatever. You can even have a glass of wine.Service could be described by some as 'relaxed' but everything is made to order so be patient. Recommended.

The Red Lion P.H.
15 High St, MarchI really like visiting the Red Lion when in the area, it’s my second visit and we drove from Nottingham for the day especially to visit Grantchester. The food at the Red Lion and the service is really good. On this occasion I did notice a few minor points which made it look a star in my review. The enamel serving wear they used is really past it’s best, it’s chipped and the coating has come off revealing metal? underneath, those dishes should be thrown away as it’s unappealing visually and ut makes me nervous as to how clean the dish can be when it’s corroded. The toilets especially the walls have cobwebs and spiders yes a country side pub will have bugs but these had been there for a while. I’m not a massive fan of spiders so perhaps I was more aware but a hoover would have been able to reach the walls and corners. It was a warm day and the doors were open which was lovely, the pub is in a gorgeous location, but it meant we were pestered by a very irritating fly or three, when you are eating it’s a bit unpleasant to be constantly swatting away flies who are tying to sit on your food. I’m not saying that it’s the pub’s fault but the food isn’t cheap and I doubt many people would want to eat food that flies had been landing on. Remember to resister your vehicle when you park to avoid a fine.
