Located near the Cambridge University area, the restaurant serves a variety of dishes, including classic dim sum, crab fry, flavourful stir-fries, noodles, and innovative fusion creations. The menu is extensive, catering to different tastes. However, the quality of the food was not high, as most of the dishes were overly salty and lacked balance, leaving some customers disappointed with their meals. The ambiance is stylish and contemporary, providing a pleasant setting for both casual meals and formal gatherings. While one of the staff members was kind and helpful, the rest of the service team was not particularly respectful to guests. Additionally, the high service charge was unacceptable. Overall, while the atmosphere and some of the staff were commendable, the food quality and service issues left much to be desired at Hong Kong Fusion.
