The Stag is a charming pub with an exceptional view and a cosy outdoor area. The interior is clean and tidy, and the Rebellion IPA is excellent, having been compared to the brewery's own product. The Pinot Grigio is also highly recommended. The freshly cooked, delicious food, especially the triple-cooked chips, makes for an enjoyable dining experience. The pub is undergoing a significant renovation under new management, and the owner plans to make the family-friendly garden even more inviting. The welcoming staff goes above and beyond to cater to their guests, as evidenced by their hosting of a gender reveal and their own Stagfest event, which was reportedly a huge success.
