Food is generally good but have had two occasions where items have been missing. Crispy duck missing hoisin sauce and cucumber and wontons missing sauce also. very disappointing. The food you get is good though and good portion sizes. Please check you order before you leave!
Having tried all the other Chinese in Thatcham we decided to give the Mandarin Court a try. Clean, non greasy, fresh, but not so tasty. Mine was chicken in black bean sauce, wife had king prawn with water chestnuts and bamboo shoots. No problem with the quantity except that they were extraordinarily mild. Black bean sauce should have a bite to it, this seemed to be apologizing for being there so a let down on that score. Wife reported the same, just rather bland. Takeaway service...read full review

Very disappointing. My usual Chinese in Thatcham may have been closed for Xmas as I couldn't get a reply. I didn't think this place compared at all. Also had to wait way beyond my collection time. Won't buy again from here.
