We just moved to Sandhurst early July 2024 and decided we need to visit the Rose & Cross. We were pleasantly surprised with the pricing and the quality of the food. Service was friendly and efficient. Thanks R&C :-) We will be back.

The Old Mill Coffee Shop & Cafe

I love this place - the food is really great and people working there are always friendly. The menu is very comprehensive and reasonably priced. A fabulous little place to catch up with friends or grab yourself lunch in your lunchtime. We go regularly for brunch and have always had a good experience. The new iced coffee is a winner!

Bird In Hand

Noisy but very popular venue for Sunday lunch. Portions are very generous but the food is well prepared. Beef is excellent. And the nut roast was also tasty and moist.

Sandhurst Park Cafe & Coffee Shop

They do the best bacon and egg sandwich ever.My son comes home from uni and we have to go there full English or sarny.And they do doggy ice creams .
Only one little niggle could do with more umbrellas or covered outside area as it's in full sun.But fabulous

Raj Tandoori

Great restaurant. We eat there and have takeaways regularly. Food is delicious with a really good choice for different tastes. Reasonably priced in today's climate.Service is always so welcoming with every consideration and such friendly chaps toake your meal enjoyable.Highly recommend The Raj....

White Swan

Best burger I’ve had for ages! Amazing value for money. The chef who had a Welsh accent made some delicious food so compliments to him! Welcoming and friendly service from the assistant manager also - will definitely be returning :)

Skippers

Owned and run by a lovely married couple. Completely independent Fish & Chip shop. Great atmosphere and excellent food. Never fails to please.Parking: Approx 20 bays. A few more over the road.

The Village Inn

Very enjoyable place and great Sunday roasts. Premier Inn Sandhurst hotel

Staff were very helpful. Rooms are well equipped, but our travelling companion's struggled to get into the bath to take a shower. Breakfast was very good as was the meal we had at the beefeater. There was plenty of parking and an idea location for the event we were attending. Could have done with ac in the room which was the only down side for us.

Fenixia Restaurant

Came in today and ordered some food. I got egg fried rice. Sweet and sour chicken balls, chicken chow mein and a pancake roll. And I have got to say it was the best Chinese food I have had in a long time. I love Chinese food and it’s been a long time since I have been to a restaurant and been served food that was so nice. I’m now sat here with a bad belly because I just couldn’t stop eating hahaha ( I’ve made a pig of myself ) Service was fast. Staff was polite and the food was absolutely phenomenal. Portions was generous for the price paid. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you guys for a lovely meal. I will definitely be seeing you guys soon.

Herbies Pizza Sandhurst

Best shop on the area. Staff are always very friendly and happy. They were willing to deliver a bit further out for us when we had to move as other stores in there area do not have the food quality we expected. Always quick service delivery or in store.

Greggs

Vegetarian options: There are some bakes and pastries that are vegetarian/vegan but limited sandwiches.

Dietary restrictions: Don’t try for a GF meal but the soup is nice in a pinch. Most other restrictions are fine

Parking: Can be difficult at times but all depending on how busy area is and size of your car

Kid-friendliness: The kids menu is good, it’s good for kids and not bad value for the grown ups

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, wheelchair accessible and there is an accessible toilet

Ordered on line - The order was ready at the agreed time clearly not much before as it was still piping hot and delicious once we got it home

Parking: plenty of space when we got there

The Shenai

I was in Sandhurst for a sports competition and popped into The Shenai for some takeaway. The team are very hospitable and the food was very good indeed. Each dish tasted fresh and different, unlike the homogeny of flavour that can be found at other Indian restaurants.Vegetarian options: Excellent vegetable side dishes

Very quick not much of a wait but from 8pm onwards I go.
Cash only but food it's lovely

Excellent food, beautifully cooked. Don't usually do takeaway but this is exceptional. Prompt service. Will definitely return.Vegetarian options: Good choiceParking: Not large car park but the turnover and prompt service ensures there is no problem parking

Rackstraws Farm Beefeater

The bar man was extremely polite. He caught and let a butterfly free big fan!

Beer was ok had a Stella and it was just a standard pint

No dogs unless outside.

Papa Johns Pizza

So far Sandhurst Yorktown was the best of PJ’s!
Pizza is always fresh and super hot. Not even once we were disappointed. These people are making customers to fall in love with pizza and Pappa Johns.

Ps. If you ever come to Leicester, never order from Birstall store. Terrible pizza. Ordered from there twice. Pizza was cold and dry, like it was 3 days old.

One of my favourite places to go sandwiches very nice depending on your particular taste affordable too they have a wide selection of toppings and also different breads the reason it is only 4 stars and not 5 is because the staff can lack motivation and enthusiasm some staff can be good tho like I said one of my favourite places to go and that will not change unless something big happens to sum up, highly recommended hygiene is ok.

Kings Kebab

Fish and chips are amazing so is the Lamb Doner. Friendy staff.Big portions.very Tasty ..quick delivery.Parking: About 10 free parking spaces and 1 Disabled parking Bay

M&S Cafe

The new layout is brilliant. Service was quick staff very friendly. Tables were cleared quickly. Nice atmosphere with the dark wood area dividers.

Parking: Plenty of child and disabled spaces easy parking spaces not tight.
