We have dined here many times over the years, and have always had enjoyable meals and nice experiences. However, on this occasion we were overcharged on the bill. I didn't notice it on the night, just paid the bill, but we were charged for a fourth course that we didn't have. I called the hotel the following day (12/06/22) and was told that a manager would call me back to discuss it. Extremely good restaurant with fantastic views. Great for lunch at the weekend if you are not actually staying at the hotel, or a treat for a special occasion. This is the first time I have been in a few years, but the quality is just as good as always.

December 2021

Have just returned home from a perfect lunch hosted by the Wernher Restaurant at Luton Hoo. Sharon and her staff gave us excellent service and the food with its subtle flavours was delicious. We would highly recommend the restaurant and we look forward to enjoying another lunch there again soon
