“I’m from bradford, I work all over South Yorkshire, I drove past and thought I’d give this place a try.
I wasn’t expecting it to serve curries at dinner time. I got a chicken Karahi, chips and a rotti.
The curry was really tasty. The chicken melted in your mouth. I prefer my curry a bit spicier but everyone’s taste is different. Could do with a been a little less oily but I know karahi’s are quite oily. Im not complaining though, it was a nice curry!
The chips were crispy & the rotti was bang on.
£11.60 for all that with a can of pop. Can’t knock it. Staff were sound, good service and the food came quick. Will be returning to try an Asian style curry“

“Amazing food at this beautiful pub.
Went on a Sunday night, it was quite quiet (hence 4 stars atmosphere) but we weer looked after and everyone was friendly and attentive.
We shared a biryani, a veg curry, and a chilli paneer. All of it was very tasty, but the chilli paneer was the star of the show, absolutely delicious.
Had a bottle (or two!) of Ghurka beer, which I'd never seen before, and this too was really nice.
All in all, one of the best Indian meals I've had of late.“

“I've sampled Ghurka Spices' food via takeaway a couple of times and it has always been fantastic. Huge compliments to the chef who makes the most delicious food. For the first time this Sunday we booked a table and ate in the restaurant as I had family visiting from Manchester. An absolutely brilliant meal. Miah (excuse the spelling) was fantastic hosting us, what a lovely lovely guy and so interesting to chat to. The food was as delicious as always. Such a lovely night and I can't that you both enough.“

“Went here to catch up with some friends after a year. The place is pretty new, so the drink menu was still limited and not fully available yet, but the food was amazing and the portions were generous. The cheesecake for dessert was absolutely delicious—honestly, I’d come back just for that. The staff were super friendly and always smiling. Overall, a really nice experience and definitely worth visiting again.“

“We walked in here by chance, we were in the area and looked for somewhere to eat. If I had known the pricing beforehand, I would probably not have entered. As it was already past 2pm, i.e. after lunch hour, there were only two other tables occupied, so we were quickly ushered to a table. I must say, the menu is not very extensive, with barely any choice at all. So we selected the chicken dish, which turned out to be surprisingly good. Service was quick and attentive, the food is good and the decor nice. One word of caution, the toilets are on the second floor, I had to walk up several flights of stairs, and then could not find the door that leads to the toilets, because of bad signage. Other than that, the lunch was of course expensive, £ 152 for two people having a main course only, with no starter and no dessert. But having said all that, I would probably go back if I am ever in the area again.“

“My partner and I were umming and ahhing for about 3 hours to decide what to eat for dinner on a Saturday night in Haverhill, and I decided on here as my family and friends are always recommending it.
My partner is from Korea and he said he has tried many kebab shops in the UK (because he loves them) and he said this is undoubtedly one of the best ones he has had.
As a vegetarian, I opted for a falafel and halloumi wrap and it was absolutely delightful. Hot, great value for money, quick and friendly service and genuinely amazing flavours, seriously recommend!! 10/10!“

“Im new to Mansfield and I've been working my way around trying to find a fast food place I really like, I had a chicken kebab and a pizza from here yesterday and the meat was really tender (just wish there was a bit more) the kebab overall in taste was one of the best Ive had (definitely the best I've had in Mansfield) and the pizza was spot on, I wanted to save a bit for work today but it was that nice, I ate the lot last night ?.
