Been here twice and each time I've had a similar experience, the second time I went me and my family thought to try a new place to have dinner out and so we went here, we sat where the tv's were so we could watch a game but just as we ordered we regretted sitting where we did as there was crowds of young men everywhere shouting and screaming and causing disruption for families like us who were trying to have a nice quiet dinner. A lovely pub which me and the family like to visit whenever in Skipton. Today was the first time visiting on a Saturday and the blonde lady at the bar was quite rude, she gave us one wrong sized drink and seemed annoyed when we ordered food. Overall a good pub but some of the weekend staff need some customer service training.

The Blackhorse is a lovely, relaxing public house with friendly staff. My family and I all enjoyed our food, and I would highly recommend anyone to go when visiting Skipton.Kid-friendliness: Menus available for children.
